Starting in Rio de Janeiro

Your journey begins with your arrival in Brazil, where you will fly from Sao Paulo to Manaus in the Amazon. Here your personal tour guide will be waiting to accompany you from Manaus to Rio de Janeiro.

Upon arrival in Manaus, you will be transferred to a selected hotel, such as the Cesar Business Hotel or the Tropical Hotel. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to visit the famous Opera House and admire the fascinating architecture during a city tour. Enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner and spend the night in a comfortable hotel in Manaus.

Alligator Spotting and Birdwatching

The next day you will leave for an unforgettable boat ride and arrive at your lodge in the Amazon. The accommodations are clean bungalows without much luxury, but you will feel right in the middle of the fascinating nature of the Amazon. During the next two days all meals and excursions are included. Explore the rainforest, go on birdwatching tours, fish for piranhas and go alligator spotting in the evening.

Upon your return to Manaus, you will have the opportunity to visit a local family and explore a cassava plantation before flying to Rio de Janeiro either the same day or the next morning. Once in Rio de Janeiro, a bus will be waiting to take you along the stunning coastal road to Paraty. In this charming colonial city, enjoy the historic flair, stroll through the narrow streets and dine in cozy restaurants. Stay overnight in a selected posada and let yourself be enchanted by the unique atmosphere.

During a boat excursion, you will discover the beautiful beaches of Paraty and have the opportunity to swim in crystal clear waters and enjoy the gorgeous scenery. Afterwards, you will return to Paraty and have the choice between lunch or dinner in one of the city's excellent restaurants.

The journey continues to Caxambu, known for its royal thermal and healing waters. Here you will have time to relax and enjoy the healing powers of the waters. Your journey then continues through Brazil's charming hills to Tiradentes and Ouro Preto, where you can discover the country's rich cultural heritage. Admire the artistic works of Aleijadinho in Congonhas and explore the charming colonial towns. Stay in carefully selected pousadas and soak up the historic atmosphere.

On the way to Rio de Janeiro, visit the charming city of Petropolis before arriving in Rio de Janeiro. There, a select hotel awaits you right on the famous Copacabana Beach.
